In today's world it's hard not to be stressed about the news, life or a particular situation that you are going through. You can experience a good stress that gets you motivated or negative chronic stress the can impact your emotional and physical health. The APA outlines five healthy ways to manage stress:

Get social support
Meditate
Another way to reduce anxiety and stress is MUSIC! I think we have all listened to a song that has relaxed us or reminded us of a happy time. Recently, the song "Weightless" developed by the band Marconi Union and a sound therapist was studied by several UK neuroscientists and showed that the song produced a greater state of relaxation that any other music tested, lowering anxiety rate by 65 percent. Mindlab International that conducted the study has put together a Spodify list of the "most relaxing songs ever" with Weightless being the most effective.
